I did this a couple weeks ago but wanted to share. I couldn't just stop at new pillows!
I rearranged the furniture in the living room {I can't find a picture of how it looked before} and got rid of the ugly recliner. Then I went to Target {love that store} and got the new furniture I have had my eye on: a coffee table, end table, and tv stand. And then I finished it up with a cream colored shag area rug.
Here is my new TV stand. {In case you are wondering, that is deodorant smeared on my tv's speakers. My kids did that years ago and I can't seem to get it out.}
I love this picture I found at my local Kmart. I think it ties in the colors of my living room nicely.
