Rare Family Dinner

{ Emma's job: putting butter on the bread }
It is rare that we actually have a family dinner at home in our house.  My husband works nights and I work days so we have limited time together as a family and couple.  And on the nights he does have off, he usually likes to eat out since he makes pizza for a living and doesn't want to cook.

But tonight, we are making dinner.  Together.  Even Ms. Emma helped.  We had baked Parmesan Chicken, salad, bread, and green beans.  We even made brownies for dessert!

{ Parmesan Chicken }
Hellmann's Parmesan Crusted Chicken

1/2 cup Hellmann's Mayonnaise
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast
4 tsp. Italian seasoned dry bread crumbs

Combine mayonnaise and cheese.
Spread on chicken, then sprinkle with bread crumbs.
Bake at 425 for 20 minutes.
